What the service does. You forward vendor order and shipping emails to us. We read those emails, extract the order and carton details, and show them on a private board for your business. That is the whole service.
Your data is yours. Everything we hold is derived from emails already in your own mailbox. We do not sell it, share it, or use one customer's data to serve another. We do not use it to train anything.
Accounts. You are responsible for who you give access to and for keeping passwords secure. Tell us at support@blanksboard.com if you think an account is compromised.
Plans and payment. The free plan is free, with the limits shown on your account page. Paid plans bill monthly in advance through Stripe and you can cancel at any time from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for. We do not give partial refunds for time already elapsed, but if something is genuinely wrong, email us and we will sort it out.
If you stop paying. Your workspace drops to the free plan. It is not suspended, and nothing is deleted.
Deletion. We keep your data as long as you have an account. If you want it deleted, email us from the owner address and we will remove it.
Availability. We work hard to keep this running, but it is provided as-is without a guaranteed uptime figure. It is a tool for looking things up — it is not a system of record, and you should not rely on it as your only copy of anything. The original emails remain in your mailbox.
Accuracy. We parse vendor documents as carefully as we can and show you what they say. Vendors change their formats without notice. Where we cannot read something we tell you so rather than guessing. Always check the vendor's own paperwork before making a decision that matters.
Liability. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the previous twelve months.
Changes. If we change these terms materially we will email account owners before it takes effect.
